The best of both worlds is a small 6 inch cake for you and your love, and a fun assortment of other treats for your guests to nosh on. We have an expansive dessert bite menu to choose from, as well as many unique cake options.
Some trends that are strong at the moment are metallics, multiple cakes, and of course the Naked Cake. I specialize in buttercream cakes. Buttercream provides a rich flavor that simply melts in your mouth without leaving you with that overly sweet after taste. Not to mention, real buttercream holds up best to our intense Hawaiian humidity. The function is just as strong as the fashion.

Thomas Naylor is the founder of Ke Nui Kitchen and Thomas Naylor LLC. Thomas was raised in the restaurant business. Starting with his grandfather Tiny, and continuing with his father and uncles, the Naylor name is synonymous with food culture and business dating back to 1924 in California and Nevada.
Thomas has over eleven years of experience in the food & special events industry. On the North Shore and rippling throughout Oahu, Thomas has garnered a reputation for excellence in culinary services, and most notably a commitment to his clientele.
