KNK Caters Island Wide “Oahu”

 

KNK specializes in bringing an entire event to your venue providing you with an unparalleled experience. We pride ourselves in being a full-service catering company that constantly goes above and beyond our clients’ expectations. Each event has an assigned production manager and kitchen manager to ensure clear communication throughout your event. Below you will find some additional information regarding what is and is not included when booking KNK for your “off-site” event.

Here is a list of items KNK provides for events WITH service staff:

  • Servers will assist in the final setup of the ceremony and reception area

  • Spa Water in a self-serve container

  • Plantation iced tea in a self-serve container

  • Eco-friendly disposable plastic cups for this station

  • Serving trays

  • Water pitchers

  • Passed appetizers trays

  • Cocktail napkins

  • Servers will offer water service during dinner and dessert

  • Servers will bus tables during cocktail hour, reception, and dessert

  • Assistance with breakdown

  • Trash removal at the end of the night if necessary

  • For buffet dinner service we provide the food pan, water pan, lid, sterno, and serving utensils

    1. Servers will also serve on the buffet line for two reasons:

      • to ensure the presentation is up to our standards for all guests

      • to ensure that all guests take the proper portions (this makes sure all guests will receive dinner and have a chance to come back for seconds)

  • For family-style dinner service we provide family-style serving dishes and serving utensils

  • Keep in mind we also offer plated dinner services and action stations!

KNK DOES NOT provide any of the following items:

  • Guest plates

  • Guest silverware

  • Guest dishware

  • Guest glassware

  • Guest tables

  • Tables for buffet dinner

  • Guest chairs

  • Guest linens

  • Guest rentals in general

  • Kitchen equipment needed to execute your event. These rentals will be determined by your final menu choices and the kitchen equipment provided by your venue.

We offer drop-off style WITHOUT service staff (drop-off):

  • KNK will drop off your selected menu piping hot to your determined location. We do not supply anything besides the disposable containers in which the food will come in for this style of service.

KNK offers bartending services! We can provide:

  • Bartender/s & Barbacks - charge to be determined on guest counts, drinks being made, and event timeline

  • Bar-kit ($350) which includes mixers (assorted sodas and juices), garnishes (pineapple slices, lime, etc), coolers with ice, bar mats & shakers

  • Our bar manager can assist you with your alcohol shopping list and cocktail planning which includes custom cocktail creations for your special event (no extra charge when using our bar services).

  • If you would like assistance in purchasing your liquor we can do so for you. The client is responsible for the total of the invoice + 20%.
